Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to analyze, model, and report on workflow queue movements in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Model, analyze, and develop reports for Operations departments, including forecasting and trend analyses
- Lead assessments of planning and workflow improvements, budgeting, and operational strategic initiatives
- Partner with department leaders to develop budget staffing requirements and provide coaching to support team development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and experience; HS diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience in data or statistical analysis in a production, call center, or pharmacy environment
- Experience with workforce planning software (IEX, VERINT, NICE)
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to develop presentations for senior management and lead department activities
