Fleet Services Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support the growth of their fleet services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair technician custody
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in FSCA systems
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations for technician assignments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience with fleet maintenance is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with a willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
