Grant Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Operations & Impact Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate organizational-level proposal materials and ensure they are up-to-date and well-organized
• Streamline grant-making processes and maintain grantmaking templates in Salesforce
• Support the implementation of system functionalities for impact data collection and maintain impact reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of grants management experience with knowledge of grants processes
• Experience with Grant Management Systems (GMS) required
• Understanding of philanthropy, nonprofits, or fiscal sponsorship models
• Salesforce experience highly preferred
