PSAP Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PSAP Relation Manager for a 3-year contract opportunity with 100% remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liaison with PSAPs and state agencies affected by the decommissioning of Working Circuits
• Monitor OSP migrations and SIP POI buildouts, ensuring compliance with FCC regulations
• Provide updates to state 9-1-1 offices and PSAPs regarding POI completion timelines and migration schedules

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, especially TDM, fiber optics, and IP-based emergency services networks
• Experience with Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) or in similar liaison roles preferred
• Project tracking and coordination experience with a focus on deadlines
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate technical progress clearly
• Familiarity with FCC regulations related to emergency services telecommunications is a plus
