• Accountable for financial performance related to operational facilities spending and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hospital facility management or related fields
• Managerial experience with personnel and budgetary responsibilities
• Knowledge of DNV/CMS survey processes and compliance standards
• College degree in a related engineering field or technical trade school preferred
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred or commitment to obtain within one year
