Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Manager, CPA/EA to lead operational excellence in a remote environment.

• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews while supporting workforce planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, customer success, or tax services
• Strong knowledge of seasonal business operations and workforce planning
• Experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams
• Preferred Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Slack, and professional tax software
