Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Administrative to oversee administrative functions within the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements policies for customer service, staff management, and budgetary goals
  • Markets and promotes programs and services to internal and external customers
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing follow-through
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
  • Four years of progressively responsible management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees
  • Completion of supervisory training within one year of employment may be required
  • Master's degree in a related area may be preferred
