Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements policies for customer service, staff management, and budgetary goals
- Markets and promotes programs and services to internal and external customers
- Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing follow-through
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
- Four years of progressively responsible management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees
- Completion of supervisory training within one year of employment may be required
- Master's degree in a related area may be preferred
