Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical compounding or related operations
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and knowledge of relevant regulations
• Experience with both sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures is desirable
