A company is looking for a Facilities Service Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities for medical centers across the United States
- Assist with service ticket requests and daily administration of facility maintenance
- Support the planning and design coordination of construction projects and vendor management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in medical centers
- Willingness to work remotely within the continental USA, 8 am - 5 pm PST
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with regulations
- Experience in customer service and dealing with various stakeholders professionally
