A company is looking for an Operations Transaction Analyst to manage transaction data and coordinate commissions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate transaction database and generate reports
• Coordinate commission invoicing and documentation for accounting
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and manage electronic deal files

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial real estate or transactional experience
• Minimum five years of professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is helpful
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions and manage high deal volume
