A company is looking for a Regional Director of Maintenance and Life Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise maintenance and operations of facilities in the assigned region
- Plan and coordinate maintenance department activities to ensure compliance with regulations and building codes
- Maintain the region in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, free from hazards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of experience in a regional role preferred
- 2+ years managing projects
- Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
