Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution and troubleshoot technical issues
• Research and identify solutions to software issues, tracking them through to resolution
• Properly escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and maintain documentation of solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Python and working knowledge of Relational NoSQL databases and Restful APIs
• Ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously and work under pressure
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Relevant experience in a technical support or operations role
