Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution and troubleshoot technical issues
- Research and identify solutions to software issues, tracking them through to resolution
- Properly escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and maintain documentation of solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Python and working knowledge of Relational NoSQL databases and Restful APIs
- Ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously and work under pressure
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Relevant experience in a technical support or operations role
