Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development - Administrative Coordinator to support the operational and strategic goals of the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact between Business Development, call center teams, and facility operations
  • Monitor pending admissions and assist in expediting referral processing
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads and generate performance reports
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or business development
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health and substance use treatment best practices
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR check
