Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact between Business Development, call center teams, and facility operations
- Monitor pending admissions and assist in expediting referral processing
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads and generate performance reports
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or business development
- Strong understanding of behavioral health and substance use treatment best practices
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR check
