Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who will focus on building scalable systems and optimizing workflows across various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to drive strategic decisions through data-driven insights and reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and models to inform sales capacity and revenue pacing
  • Own CRM quality and governance across tools like HubSpot and Salesforce while implementing operating cadences
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Analytics, preferably in SaaS or healthtech
  • High fluency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sheets/Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau); bonus for SQL or dbt
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity or automate workflows
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
  • Collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
