Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who will focus on building scalable systems and optimizing workflows across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to drive strategic decisions through data-driven insights and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and models to inform sales capacity and revenue pacing
- Own CRM quality and governance across tools like HubSpot and Salesforce while implementing operating cadences
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Analytics, preferably in SaaS or healthtech
- High fluency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sheets/Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau); bonus for SQL or dbt
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity or automate workflows
- Strong business judgment with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
- Collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
