Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as Director of Operations or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
• Ability to construct SQL queries for reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and business software
• Proven experience with Azure Portal and reporting tools like Power BI
