Equity Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage board and stockholder consents, including templates and workflows
• Oversee corporate entity formation and maintenance
• Maintain and manage the cap table in collaboration with the Finance team

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation, and equity documentation
• Hands-on experience in legal operations or project management within an in-house team
• Familiarity with equity tech tools, with preference for Carta experience
• Strong document drafting and review skills
• Mastery of cap table management, process design, and analytics
