Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fee Administrator to manage fee requests and communications with clients and agents in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Request, approve, and reject agent fee requests and review appeals
- Pull and maintain fee reports while updating designated accounts
- Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of fee requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative-related experience or equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Experience with collateral repossession is beneficial
- Proficiency in G-Suite is preferred
