Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fee Administrator to manage fee requests and communications with clients and agents in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Request, approve, and reject agent fee requests and review appeals
  • Pull and maintain fee reports while updating designated accounts
  • Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of fee requests
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative-related experience or equivalent
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Experience with collateral repossession is beneficial
  • Proficiency in G-Suite is preferred
