Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of RevOps strategists while overseeing quality assurance processes
- Ensure successful delivery of complex client engagements and act as a senior advisor for key clients
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or CRM systems role, with expertise in HubSpot
- 2+ years of people management experience in HubSpot RevOps work
- Proven track record in leading complex, client-facing technical projects
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in a multi-client environment
