Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across their property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and assess incoming maintenance issues for Single Family Rental assets
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, the internal Resident Services Team, and vendors
  • Source, schedule, and dispatch vendors while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination
  • Familiarity with maintenance operations within property management focused on Single Family Rentals
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and working in varied environmental conditions
