Key Responsibilities
- Triage and assess incoming maintenance issues for Single Family Rental assets
- Serve as a liaison between residents, the internal Resident Services Team, and vendors
- Source, schedule, and dispatch vendors while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination
- Familiarity with maintenance operations within property management focused on Single Family Rentals
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and working in varied environmental conditions
