California EHS Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHS Manager to provide leadership and support for health and safety initiatives across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D and product teams with field presence and production floor visits
• Develop and implement a Site Safety Management Plan to ensure a safe work environment
• Investigate safety incidents, perform root cause analysis, and establish corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and work experience
• 5-7 years of applied professional EHS work experience, preferably in construction or factory settings
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations
• Experience providing EHS support across multiple locations
• Proven ability to foster relationships with diverse teams and manage safety training content
