- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience managing P&L and financial modeling, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and reporting tools
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience in high-growth environments with strategic prioritization skills
