ATM Channel Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ATM Channel Operations Manager working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead critical functions while mitigating risks
• Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders and manage service delivery quality
• Oversee ATM monitoring applications and process performance data analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, or technology
• 3+ years of experience in back office financial services or technology project management
• 2+ years of previous ATM support experience required
• Project management experience is necessary
• Experience with Hyosung and NCR ATM hardware is strongly preferred
