Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership roles within the insurance industry
• 7-10 years of relevant claims work experience across multiple casualty lines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of the industry
• Multi-state adjuster licenses a plus
