Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Virtual Power Plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real-time and day-to-day operations of Virtual Power Plant (VPP) assets, focusing on program management and performance optimization
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, and Customer Support teams to enhance platform functionality and customer experience
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, and data insights while identifying operational risks and leading root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
• Master's Degree preferred
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in energy market operations and VPP/DER integration
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and performance analytics
