Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Insurance Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance verification and authorization processes across multiple ophthalmology practices
• Manage insurance verification workflows and ensure compliance with payer guidelines
• Provide training and support to team members while implementing workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance verification or authorizations in a healthcare setting
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment
• Strong understanding of CPT codes and medical billing processes
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred for effective communication with diverse patient populations
