Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support executive leadership by managing administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email inbox, calendar, reports, presentations, travel logistics, and onboarding for the executive leadership team
- Prepare and coordinate records, statistics, and reports, as well as gather information for meetings and events
- Handle confidential materials and perform various clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience with knowledge of administrative concepts and procedures
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio
- Experience supporting executives in the healthcare industry is preferred
