Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and execution of complex projects while ensuring adherence to performance guarantees
• Perform business process analysis and document business requirements to improve operational processes
• Provide analytical support to senior leadership and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or 4 years as a business analyst in another industry
• Master's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or 3 years as a business analyst in another industry (preferred)
• Certified Business Analysis Professional
• Experience with project management and developing/presenting analyses to senior leadership
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
