Pharmaceutical Trade Relations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmaceutical Trade Relations Senior Director to manage trade relations programs and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Align strategies and negotiate with external partners while collaborating on rebate bid analysis and agreements
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives in partnership with internal teams to enhance program value for clients and stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external partners and represent company objectives to ensure mutual understanding of goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical sales, or business development
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Experience with contract language and risk mitigation concepts is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
