NMLS Licensed Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant to support loan officers in the loan origination process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather borrower information and prepare loan files
• Communicate with borrowers and realtors while managing the loan process
• Review documentation for discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Two years of professional office experience
• One year of mortgage or banking industry experience
• NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
• General knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Prior experience with Encompass or other mortgage processing software
