A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Process Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement scalable business processes for the Sourcing team
- Create and manage comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Leverage data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in developing and owning process documentation, including SOPs
- Proven track record of scaling products or processes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence preferred) and business intelligence platforms (Tableau preferred)
- Experience in the technology or supply chain sectors is preferred
