Job Summary

A company is looking for a Department Manager - Post-Acute Care Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations, including staffing, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and monitor quality and financial performance
• Develop and implement programs to enhance customer service and improve service scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field with six years of supervisory experience, or a Master's degree with five years of experience
• Proficient in EPIC and experienced in using Tableau dashboards for reporting
• Experience leading teams in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) with a strong background in SNF operations
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
