Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Subcontracts Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle subcontract management activities for US Government programs
• Craft teaming strategies and oversee proposal activities, subcontract awards, and post-award management
• Identify and resolve complex issues on assigned subcontracts and mentor junior staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years or Master's Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience in awarding and managing subcontracts within a government approved purchasing system
• Proven negotiating skills to maximize organizational return and minimize risk
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize actions effectively
