Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Process Owner - Attributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end provider attribution process, including logic design and data validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure attribution accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Design and maintain attribution models based on claims data and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 7+ years of experience in the health care or insurance industry leading large scale initiatives
• Operations experience preferred
