Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Merchant of Record and Seller of Record service line, ensuring timely deliverables and monitoring scope creep
• Oversee billing, payment setup, invoicing, and reconciliations for all managed ecommerce accounts
• Coordinate onboarding of Payment Processors and ensure proper management of tax structures for clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple scopes of work across various accounts
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-departmental teams
• Intermediate knowledge of Shopify and digital media platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with financial operations platforms is a plus
