Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate high-risk transactions and user behaviors to proactively identify and prevent transactional fraud
• Identify emerging fraud trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for improving detection strategies
• Conduct thorough investigations of fraudulent activities and support decision-making in response to escalations and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations and analysis of high-risk transactions
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills
• Proven track record of completing assignments with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
• Experience using fraud detection software and tools effectively
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Looker and/or SQL is beneficial
