Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to execute Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services
• Own the operational P&L and drive quarterly objectives for the region
• Develop playbooks and standard operating procedures for ECM programs while ensuring compliance with requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing complex operational teams
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders
• Technical proficiency with CRM databases and basic office software
• Proven ability to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred
