Operations Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Enablement Manager to join their Core Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product, policy, and organizational changes into effective enablement plans, including training and documentation
• Design and facilitate onboarding and continued education programs tailored to diverse learning needs
• Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives and drive the evolution of the Core Operations enablement strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enablement, operations, or organizational development in high-growth environments
• Experience with content management and learning management software
• Experience designing for scale with large or distributed teams (100+)
• Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
• Passion for mental health and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
