Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Enablement Manager to join their Core Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product, policy, and organizational changes into effective enablement plans, including training and documentation
- Design and facilitate onboarding and continued education programs tailored to diverse learning needs
- Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives and drive the evolution of the Core Operations enablement strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in enablement, operations, or organizational development in high-growth environments
- Experience with content management and learning management software
- Experience designing for scale with large or distributed teams (100+)
- Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
- Passion for mental health and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
