A company is looking for an IFS Vendor Coordinator to oversee vendor compliance, communication, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee completion of work orders and provide status updates
- Initiate and maintain vendor relationships while monitoring performance and addressing service concerns
- Assist with budgetary requests, reporting, and coordination of maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities or commercial real estate
- Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision
- Proficient in MS Office and possess strong organizational skills
