Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFS Vendor Coordinator to oversee vendor compliance, communication, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee completion of work orders and provide status updates
  • Initiate and maintain vendor relationships while monitoring performance and addressing service concerns
  • Assist with budgetary requests, reporting, and coordination of maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in Facility or Property Administration
  • Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities or commercial real estate
  • Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess strong organizational skills
