A company is looking for a Manager, Recording and Policy Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Recording and Policy Services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and best practices
- Monitor daily workflow to optimize team efficiency and make staffing recommendations
- Review escalated recording rejections and provide necessary reports for clients and underwriters
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; 3 years in the industry preferred
- Experience with recording and title policy is required
- Proven management experience is necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with client-based systems
