Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and maintain relationships with qualified vendors
- Update vendor profiles, including county coverage, products, and fees
- Monitor vendor performance and assist with adherence to company processes
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLookup, Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Prior mortgage servicing or real estate industry experience highly preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized
