Insurance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop underwriting guidelines and processes for new products and policy enhancements
• Support cross-functional and Insurance Team initiatives, including business requirement design
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing enhanced processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
• 2-3 years of experience in Underwriting; Portfolio Underwriting or Management is a plus
• Experience in Pet Insurance and/or Insurtech is a plus
• Intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn and improve processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
