Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Specialty Pharmacy Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for Rx To Go, focusing on data analysis for financial and business processes
• Establish yearly financial plans and prepare reports to highlight trends for pharmacy executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement, and accreditation guidelines to achieve excellence in patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business, or relevant fields
• Minimum of ten (10) years of pharmacy experience
• Minimum of five (5) years in payor management, sales, and project management preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate across various levels of management and departments
