Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Pharmacy department, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and cost-effective medication utilization
• Develop programs to meet organizational goals and collaborate with leadership to maintain the departmental budget
• Manage staff development and performance while assessing and recommending improvements to business processes

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree
• Clear and current California Pharmacist license
• Solid knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
