Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director of Administration to provide strategic direction and financial oversight to Finance & Operations' Responsibility Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement financial strategy across all Responsibility Centers in Finance & Operations
- Create policies, procedures, and best practices for Directors of Administration
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform financial strategy and goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 7 years of financial leadership experience; or 5 years with a Master's degree
- Combination of education and relevant experience totaling 12 years will be considered
- Experience in budget/finance and strategic management is essential
- Human resources and policy creation experience preferred
