Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle ordering process for curricula and program materials using Shopify
• Create and maintain product listings in Shopify, ensuring accurate inventory management
• Assist with merchandise programs and cross-departmental collaboration using project management software

Required Qualifications

• Customer service and/or project management experience
• Experience with project management and order management software
• Proficient in technology, with a preference for Shopify or similar platforms
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, matrix environment
