Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle ordering process for curricula and program materials using Shopify
- Create and maintain product listings in Shopify, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Assist with merchandise programs and cross-departmental collaboration using project management software
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and/or project management experience
- Experience with project management and order management software
- Proficient in technology, with a preference for Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, matrix environment
