Technical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Specialist - LATAM to support billing, compliance, and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide billing support and resolve payment-related inquiries
• Act as the first line of support for affiliates, clients, and internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues
• Conduct compliance reviews and maintain accurate documentation of processes and support activities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, technical support, or compliance roles
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Basic technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data troubleshooting)
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing, real estate, or lead generation is a plus
