Key Responsibilities
- Provide billing support and resolve payment-related inquiries
- Act as the first line of support for affiliates, clients, and internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues
- Conduct compliance reviews and maintain accurate documentation of processes and support activities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations, technical support, or compliance roles
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Basic technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data troubleshooting)
- Prior experience in affiliate marketing, real estate, or lead generation is a plus
