Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop a transportation-focused MGA program
• Develop underwriting guidelines and collaborate with internal actuarial support to refine risk models
• Lead the development of a transportation technology platform to enhance customer experience and internal efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a high-performing underwriter, with a focus on transportation underwriting
• Experience in leading a division is a plus
• BS/BA degree is required
