Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage open work orders across multiple service lines and customer segments
- Liaise with customer service, dispatch, and claims teams to ensure consistent service experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience in service operations and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage workflows in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and credentialing technicians
- Knowledge of performance metrics for technician management
- Experience in maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
