Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vendor Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary dispatcher for maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion within SLA
  • Monitor and manage incoming work orders, validating scopes and dispatching to appropriate vendors
  • Process work orders through the full lifecycle, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and closure
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade knowledge preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, residential maintenance coordination, or property management
  • Strong understanding of work order systems and vendor management
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments with multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience using work order platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
