A company is looking for a Regional Vendor Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary dispatcher for maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion within SLA
- Monitor and manage incoming work orders, validating scopes and dispatching to appropriate vendors
- Process work orders through the full lifecycle, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and closure
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade knowledge preferred
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching, residential maintenance coordination, or property management
- Strong understanding of work order systems and vendor management
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments with multi-tasking abilities
- Experience using work order platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
