Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with 2-4 years in a leadership role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or testing related to claims
• Experience in Project or Product Management and Agile Methodologies preferred
• Relevant certifications in coding from recognized associations preferred
